We're proud of our little story so far

Registered Documents is a future planning company consisting of caring, hardworking people who want to make a difference to the lives of others. Founded in 2012, we started off as a small team with some big ideas. Since then we've continued to grow with every passing year. Today, Registered Documents has some of the most knowledgeable and skilled future planning professionals in the industry, all of whom are completely dedicated to offering informative and compassionate support for each and every customer.

Our aim is to raise awareness of the importance of planning for your future. Death is a notoriously difficult subject to approach, but at Registered Documents we aim to provide everyone with the assistance they need to make it all as simple as possible. We can complete all your future planning needs over the phone, avoiding the invasive approaches of having people attend your property or requiring you to sit in stuffy legal offices for hours.

Emma has worked at Registered Documents since its inception. Emma has worked in a regulated space for over a decade and she strives to ensure that the quality of every contact in our business is compliant and appropriately placed. We record 100% of all our calls and monitor a high percentage of calls to ensure that we deliver the best service to our customers.
